Q: Can I view material before purchasing?
A: No, pictures may be available for some on-line items.
Q: Can I pay with a credit card?
A: Yes, all orders require credit card payment except for RFQ (Request for Quote) winning bids.
Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: Approximately three days after your credit card payment has cleared. When your order is received, it is sent to the warehouse to be prepared for shipping. For customer pick-ups, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up.
Q: Why do you charge a $6.99 handling fee on UPS shipments?
A: The cost of packing material and the additional labor required to prepare boxes for shipment adds additional cost which you will be required to absorb. We ship UPS (no account number needed) but we do not absorb those extra costs. For RFQs, the customer is responsible for transportation arrangements.
Q: Can I ship my order via USPS, FedEx or DHL?
A: No, all orders are shipped via UPS or are available for customer pick-up.
